Steve and Millicent Perkins share our unique 11-acre property year-round. 

Over 200 oak trees, rock ledges, and dark nights perfect for stargazing.

Guests are welcome to walk and explore the beauty of the entire property. Enjoy wildlife, birds, flowers, trees and search for arrowheads and fossils.

BYOB and hang out in the "River of Nuts Lounge", a separate common area building.

Enjoy our unique 30' infinity stock tank swimming pool.

It is a public park with river access.

Beautiful for swimming, fishing and kayaking.

Public river access also in town at Puge Park.
